Clean Without The Chemicals

I have had a few people tell me that they don't think their house is clean unless they use bleach. I've even heard one person tell me they like the smell of it! I am not that person. In fact, I hate the smell and rarely used it even before I knew how bad it was for me and the environment. I mean if I have to be careful not to inhale it, keep windows open and wear gloves, um, that should tell you something right there. But what about the other cleaners? Those conventional cleaning products that you're still using in your house? I hate to tell you this but they're filled with toxic chemicals that are wreaking havoc on the internal environment of your home AND your body. Carcinogens, neurotoxins, hormone-disrupting chemicals, fragrance, and chemicals that can cause asthma and respiratory challenges, to name just a few. You want a clean house, but you may be wreaking havoc on your health in the process. It might surprise you to know that you can concoct simple and inexpensive non-toxic cleaners from ingredients already lying around your house. Vinegar and baking soda were used to clean and disinfect long before all the chemical cleaners were introduced. And essential oils have been around at least since the days of baby Jesus. They were given to Mary and Joseph as gifts. They knew how powerful and ESSENTIAL they were! Using these simple ingredients is safe for you, your family and the environment. You ready for the bonus? It's so much cheaper!! A clean home and I save money? Yes please! Here are two easy recipes for DIY sprays. You'll love how they clean and how they smell!

One last thing before you go whip up your new cleaner. Not all essential oils are pure or effective, so please be careful as you shop. I have tried several different brands that did not work as well and weren't as pure. Click here to read more about why I use and trust doTERRA. https://www.doterra.com/US/en/about-us.
